Structure
The hydraulic reciprocating rectangular pool bottom mud scraper is a mud scraping device with a reciprocating function welded together by a hydraulic system, a push rod system, and some wedge scrapers and diagonal braces.

Application
The hydraulic reciprocating sludge scraper is a hydraulic reciprocating rectangular bottom sludge scraper that integrates continuous transportation and concentration of sludge. Rectangular pool bottom sludge scraper has evolved from the generation of steel cable drag scraper type, the second generation bridge-driving suction sludge suction type, and the third generation chain scraper type to the current fourth generation hydraulic reciprocating, hydraulic reciprocating rectangular bottom sludge scraper It has the characteristics of few moving parts, low maintenance, continuous sludge transportation, high reliability, easy installation, and sludge concentration. Reciprocating sludge scrapers have been successfully applied to a large number of different types of sludge sedimentation systems with a wide range of applications.
Working Principle
The oil pump provides power to the hydraulic oil cylinder. A set of tripods converts the vertical movement of the oil cylinder into horizontal movement, and finally drives a set of wedge-shaped scrapers to reciprocate at the bottom of the rectangular pool; the stroke of the reciprocating movement is greater than the spacing of a single scraper. It is equivalent to the latter scraper conveying the sludge to the forward scraper; the speed of the scraper group is about half of the backward speed; when moving forward, the concave surface of the wedge-shaped scraper pushes the mud to the mud ditch of the pool ; When retreating, the small wedge-shaped acute angle will not drive the sludge to move backwards, and the negative pressure generated by the rapidly retreating concave surface will keep a certain thickness of the sludge layer with the inertia of forward movement. Therefore, when the scraper moves back and forth, a layer of sludge at the bottom of the pool is always moving forward until it falls into the mud collecting ditch. When the mud at the bottom of the pool reaches a certain thickness, the efficiency of the mud scraper is the highest. The reciprocating movement of the scraper also has the function of thickening the sludge (up to 3%), which is prominent in practical applications. When the amount of sewage discharged is equal, the higher the concentration of sludge, the lower the water consumption rate, which reduces the loss of water and energy.

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
